1 package red Jell-O, regular size***1 large can pineapple juice

1 cup sugar***1 quart Ginger Ale

1 1/2 cups water***2 cups cold water

Mix the first 3 ingredients and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add 2 cups cold water, pineapple juice and ginger ale. Add ice and serve.

2 cups white cornmeal***1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup sugar

Brown the cornmeal in a hot 425 oven for 10 minutes by spreading in a thin layer on a cookie sheet, stirring several times to prevent scorching. Add sugar and cinnamon to the browned cornmeal and use like cocoa, stirring into hot milk and simmer for 15 minutes.

1 large package of powdered milk (14 quarts)***1 large jar Cremora

1 pound package powdered sugar

1 large box Nestle's Quik (3 lb 8 oz.)***1 cup cooking unsweetened cocoa powder

Mix all together until completely mixed and store in a tight container. Use 1/3 to 1/2 cup of dry mixture to 1 cup hot water. This fills a 5 gallon plastic container just a little over half full.

1 gallon cranberry juice***1/2 gallon raspberry sherbet

2 (2 liter) bottles 7-UP

Put cranberry juice in punch bowl; add the 7-UP and then slice in the sherbet. Serves about 40. Don't mix up more than one recipe at a time as the sherbet will melt and this needs to be kinda slushy.
